Please not, that all orders are compulsory. After finishing your order, we assign a booking reference to you and and there is a valid contract between you and Partytickets.de emerged. Cancellation or change of reservation are only possible due to our
general terms and conditions or
conditions of travel.
I. General:
- It is still possible to get tickets for my desired event?
As long as the presale is open you can order tickets.
- How ist he procedure of an online order?
After sending your order you will get a booking confirmation with all data by email.
If you don't choose another method of payment than bank transfer you will get all necessary informtion to transfer the amount to our bank account.
- I don't get a booking confirmation. You received my order?
The order will be successful after confirm your data and accept our general terms and conditions and if necessary conditions of travel. After that you will get a hint on our webside that your order is concluded und a confirmation will be send by email. If you don't get an email some hours later, please check your spam and if necessary you can mail us to support at partytickets dot de and we try to resend it. Please remind to send your full name, so that we are able to figure out your order.
- I don't get a booking confirmation. Is my order invalid now or what I have to do?
Your order is valid. If you don't get an email with confirmation, please check your spam and if necessary you can mail us to support at partytickets dot de and we try to resend it. Please remind to send your full name, so that we are able to figure out your order.
- How do I get my tickets?
After we receive your payment, you will get an confirmation of payment by email.
Hard-Tickets will be send by post as registered letter asap.
Codez- and Barcodez-Tickets will be delivered by email and have to be printed. You will receive it not later than one week before your chosen event.
For a coach trip you just have to show your booking confirmation and your passport at departure.
Which type of ticket you will get, you can see already while you order or you can check in your booking confirmation.
- What is included in the coach tickets?
The coach tickets are for round trip. No more accomplishments included.
- Hard-tickets can be delivered out of germany?
Yes. But please recognize some extra fee for delivering and a longer delivery time.
- How can I pay?
Normally you can pay with normal bank transfer or online banking. For some events there are possibilities to pay with Sofortüberweisung.de or paypal. It depends on the date of the event and the date of your order which method of payment is possible. You will be shown all possible methods of payment during your order.
- For payment deadline valid weekdays or business days?
The payment deadline always announced in business days.
- It was not possible form e to pay in time. Can I still get my tickets?
Your order is still valid. Anyway you have to way, even you pay late, simple tickets cannot be cancelled.
In case of any problems, please send us an email to support at partytickets dot de to avoid any extra costs. The tickets will be of course delivered after receipt of your payment. If the delivering could be scarce, please contact us.
Recognize that barcodez- and codez-tickets will be delivered by email, so it take just a few minutes to get them after payment. Which kind of ticket you have ordered you can check in your booking confirmation.
- My bank told me that the money is transferred already. Why I not get a confirmation of payment yet?
The hint of your bank mean that the money is written off your bank account already, that doesn't mean that we receive it already. Depend on which bank a normal bank transfer can take 3 or 4 days, sometime more quickly, sometimes more slowly. If you still get no message after one week, please check also your junk mail. If there is also no confirmation please send a request to support at partytickets dot de. Please indicate your booking reference, name and all details of your order, that we can proof your payment.
- I couldn't go to the event. Can I get back my money?
Or:
Some friends couln'd go with me. Can I return the tickets?
No! A cancellation is only possible according to our general terms and conditions and conditions of travel within the announced conditions. You have to check the set deadlines.
- I don't get a ticket. The event past already. You return my money?
A refund only will be done if the debt demonstrably on the sode of Partytickets.de.
If there a only a few days to your chosen event and you still get no tickets, please contact us that we are able to check what happened about your tickets. In case of valid refund please send all your bank data to support at partytickets dot de.de.
- When my event-tickets will be delivered?
All tickets generally will be delivered after we receive your payment. Please be aware that sometimes it takes some days if the bank transfer is done. Additionally:
Hard-tickets will be delivered at the earliest opportunity. You will get a delivery confirmation by email.
Codez- and barcodez-tickets will be delivered at the latest one week before your chosen event.
Which kind of ticket you get, you can check in your booking confirmation.
- When I do get my coach tickets?
For the coach trip just print your booking confirmation and show it with your passport at departure.
- Why I not reach you by telephone?
Maybe you call out of our office time. Or we are busy. Especially before big events there are many calls and then it is better to send an email to support at partytickets dot de. We try to repeat your request asap.
- Why I don't get an answer of my email request yet?
The most frequent reasons are:
- Your Mailboy is full. Please check and clean.
- Our mail is in your junk mail account. Please check. Please also whitelist all @partytickets.de emails. How to do that please check with your provider.
- Check your email adresse, maybe you announced a wrong one. Please send a note with correction to our support. Please send all your details, e.g. name, booking reference to make sure we locate your order.
- We not answered yet, because we still proof your request. Please be patient. We try to get back to every request asap. If you don't get a reply after some days please resend your request, maybe we don't get it.
- What are barcodez-tickets and does it really work at the door?
barcodez-tickets are tickets to print out and will be scanned and proofed at the door. Every barcode is valid one time. It is an easy way to deliver your ticket and also the fastest way and you save costs for delivering also.
Our system is proofed long time and we work with taht system for many events, so you don't have to worry. More information you will get during your order and in your booking confirmation.
- I get your email with the barcodez tickets, but I could't find the ticket!?
The barcodez-tickets are in the pdf-document in the attachment of your email. If there is no attachment, please check your junk filter and provider, maybe they removed it for safety reasons or because of a too big size.
The file has the format *.pdf (adobe portable document format), you can open it credible. If you order many tickets it could be big size.
On request to support at partytickets dot de we can resend your tickets. If there are any more problems we can change to another emailadress.
- I get your email with the barcodez-tickets, but I can't open it!?
Probably you did'nt install the software to read PDF-documents? Please update your computer. The link for Adobe Reader to open pfd documents you will find in our email.
If you still can't open it, please send us a not to support at partytickets dot de. Please indicate exactly your problem and indicate also your booking reference, name and all details of your order, that we can locate your order.
- There is online my name on all barcodez-tickets. Can my friends get in also or I have to send you all the names frist?
There is always only the name of the purchaser on the barcodez-tickets. Your friends can get in without you.
Please be aware that you never give any tickets double to your friends. Every barcode is valid only once and the first person with this barcode will get in. The tickets will be checked and validated at the door.
- I loose my barcodez-ticket, what I have to do?
One advantage is that you can print out them again. We can resend your ticket by email, Just request it at support at partytickets dot de. Please indicate your booking reference, name and all details of your order, that we can locate your order.
- I can't print out my barcodez-tickets. What can I do?
Ask your friends, your family or other helpful people, if they can print out your tickets for you. Also some copyshops or cybercafes maybe can help you.
If there really no possibility please contact us: support at partytickets dot de. We will try to help you.
- The barcode on my ticket is absent. Can I use it?
If the barcode is missing, the ticket is still valid.
You also can send us an email to support at partytickets dot de and we resend a repaired ticket.
